Bell & Ross Celebrates it’s Alliance with Renault F1 Racing Through Their Finest Watches

Many great companies out there who now make some of the greatest products in the world, began as contractors for those who relied on their equipment to do their jobs or save their lives: like those at all levels of the military and others who worked for the government. Their products had to always be as accurate as possible and rarely, if ever, fail. It wasn’t about the money, people’s lives depended on it. That’s how the watch company Bell & Ross began and why they are considered one of the best watch companies on the market today, by designing accurate and durable watches for pilots who were flying at extreme speeds, heights and temperatures.

The result were some of the best timepieces in the world that ran accurately for incredible amounts of time. With that foundation, Bell & Ross is now a hybrid of a bell ross br 126 aeronavale manufacturer for people who rely on their timepieces and those who love the style Bell & Ross has incorporated in their overall look, along with the durability. Since the beginning, these Swiss watch designers rely on four overarching principles: legibility, functionality, reliability and precision. This makes them the perfect watch brand to partner with Renault Sports F1 team, as they have over the past 40 years, as an F1 racing team relies on the same four overarching principles.

In honor of this posthumous 4 decade alliance, look for Bell & Ross to release a few watches in honor of Renault and it’s F1 racing team.

The polished, stainless steel situation has lugs that taper down steeply from your case, making it easier for the bell ross br03-92 golden heritage to sit on the wrist. The situation itself has an unusual construction. When viewed through the side, the bezel almost protrudes upwards through the middle case. You can’t help but think the watch could have done with a smaller case size, maybe a 40-mm or 41-mm. What works really well are the gold accents on the sunray-finish blue dial, with gilt hour markers and numerals. The dial also features gilt skeletonized hands that are filled with Super-Luminova. The anodized blue aluminum bezel has a 60-minute gradation scale. It’s a well-proportioned and legible dial, the only eyesore being the date window at 3:30. That date window throws the symmetry off on an otherwise striking dial. A petite seconds subdial sits at 6 o’clock. The dial clearly references the historic military watches produced in the 1930s and ’40s. The situation is topped by a curved sapphire crystal.
