Following the launch of the El Primero Range Rover Special Edition last October, Zenith and Land Rover are once again celebrating their creative relationship by presenting the new Chronomaster El Primero Range Rover Velar Special Edition on occasion of the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show.
The new Zenith Chronomaster El Primero Range Rover Velar Special Edition review (ref. 24.2042.400/27.R799) is water resistant to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The new timepiece features a brushed grey dial with copper-toned details, and a new black rubber strap coated with black-toned perforated calfskin leather of the same high quality used on Range Rovers and secured by a triple folding clasp in DLC-treated titanium.
The hour-markers and the hands are copper colour-plated, faceted and coated with Super-LumiNova SLN C1 for excellent legibility even in poor light conditions.
The 42 mm ceramised aluminum case houses the El Primero 400B automatic movement, fast beating at 36,000 vibrations per hour. Equipped with a special oscillating weight with “circular satin-brushed” motif” and adorned with Zenith and Range Rover logos, the movement offers a power reserve of minimum 50 hours.
