Bell & Ross pays tribute to the timekeeping instruments used by bomber navigators in the 1930s and 1940s by creating the Vintage WW2 Regulateur Heritage watch. The minutes display is emphasized for its essential purpose for aviators in calculating their position or flight speed. The modern version of this functional and historical model possesses the ergonomics and immediate legibility of a navigator’s watch. Movement is provided from the automatic mechanical calibre BR-CASL.316. It features an hour counter at 12 o’clock and a seconds counter at 6 o’clock with the minutes as the only central hand. The case is 47 mm in diameter made from polished steel and features a bi-directional rotating bezel with engraved marking. It comes with black alligator pattern leather strap.

Earlier this year, at Baselworld 2017, Bell & Ross renewed their “classical” collection – the Vintage (which, compared to the bold and large BR-01 watches is additional conventionally styled, with a distinctly sporty theme). Smaller, slimmer and much more elegant, with just a tiny bit of vintage feel, this assortment has been highly praised and widely recognized as being a success. Inspired by military and special forces, with the Vintage V2-92 & V2-94 Garde-Cotes, Bell & Ross pay tribute to France’s coastguards, using a specific color code of grey, orange and white.
