Cartier will introduce its new Clé de Cartier watch later this week, a signature luxury timepiece that aims to eliminate the bulging, sharp edges that make some watches uncomfortable. The result is a sleek, elegant timepiece that looks as good as it feels.
Cartier’s innovative rectangular crown is responsible for the timepiece’s name. In French, “clé” means key, a reference to the traditional method of turning a key to wind a clock.The Clé de Cartier features sapphire detailing and comes in a solid rose gold bracelet model, or white gold version with a black crocodile strap, either of which should be more than luxurious enough for most men.
